SmartCAT tech support is a dedicated team of testers, analysts and engineers. There is even a couple of managers who won’t let the guys relax. These are the people who are creating the system and know its ins and outs.
We work from different places in Russia including Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk, Tomsk, Togliatti, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. This is why we are at your service even at night and on public holidays.
The goal we set for ourselves is to answer any question within 4 hours on working days and within 24 hours on holidays.
Sometimes a problem cannot be solved right away. In this case we immediately seek assistance from our lead developers, identify the root cause and either deal with it immediately or roll out a fix in the nearest SmartCAT releases.
