We're a well established online store based out of Denmark, and also selling to 14 other countries including Poland.
We need a new freelance customer support person to help us with customer service work and various translation work as well. This job includes:
- Translating products and other various texts from the shop and marketing.
- Answering email support
- Answering the phone when customers call on weekdays between 9am-5pm (This job includes a fixed rate for simply being available)
You MUST have:
-GREAT people skills. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible customer service, so you need to be good with people, even when they are being difficult.
-EXCELLENT writing skills. We don't care for stiff, literal translations. We need you to write the product descriptions in well flowing, easy to read Polish. We have a very laid back language, but it needs to be grammatically correct.
-Attention to detail. If something doesn't make sense, we don't want you to just translate it anyway, but ask for feedback from us.
- Ninja computer skills and be a fairly fast writer.
- Be at least a little bit familiar with HTML.
Wage depending on background and how much of the work you are able to do.
