Long Term Municipal Contract Needs Strong English To Spanish Translators

My company has just secured a large, long-term contract translating IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), legal documentation regarding students, and privileged information such as psychological evaluations.

We translate these docs from English to Spanish for the Hispanic and Latino parents in the communities we service so that they have a clear idea of what is going on in the academic and social lives of their children.

We are looking for experienced translators (5+ years).

Ideally, the candidate is a native Speaker of Latin American Spanish.

Candidate possesses at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Master's Degree is preferred.

Candidate must be able to fully communicate in both English and Spanish as there may be some client interaction necessary.

CAT tools are a plus. (Trados Studio 2015 is what we use).

We are one of Boston's fastest growing firms. We have serviced Amazon, the US Federal Government, a few municipal governments, and major universities.

We are Better Business Bureau certified and in the process of getting ATA certified.

We are poised for massive growth over the next year and are looking to establish a long-term relationship with remote freelancers that we can rely on to be impeccable in their work, turn in work ahead of stated deadline, and represent the quality of work that we have come to stand for.

Please send your CV, 3 references, and a sample of your work to:
