Contributing is easy
Creating a new glossary and importing a terminology base to the project is equally simple in Smartcat. Translators and editors can suggest new glossary terms right in the editor. Irrelevant suggestions, however, can be rejected.

New entries are saved to the translation memory automatically upon confirming a segment and can be instantly viewed and used by all the project members. The project manager can set different rights for different participants to use, update or download translation memories. These valuable translation assets can be easily exported from one project and imported to another as TM files.
Easily manage your terminology to ensure it is up-to-date and consistent. You can classify specific terms as preferred or prohibited, add comments or images to terms, or even define custom metadata for each term.
You can grant certain users the right to manage your glossaries and/or suggest new terms while restricting access to these features to others.
