Head of Customer Success (Russia and CIS)

Location: Moscow, Russia / Remote /

Mission

Leverage Smartcat proven leadership to unlock full market potential in Russia and CIS and grow our current market share from 25-30% to 70-80% within the next 24 months.

Your outcomes

  • Own the revenue objective and achieve 2x YoY growth target.

  • Develop the customer portfolio by knowing and consistently removing objections which prevent penetration growth.

  • Build and coach a highly motivated and capable team of sales and customer success managers.

  • Align and maximize the value of your team collaborating with product, marketing, support and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in sales / customer success preferably for a marketplace / SaaS or a service b2b company.

  • Proven experience with creating and running a high performing sales / customer success team.

  • Personal involvement and ability to close and expand top priority accounts.

  • Integrity, full commitment and strong sense of ownership.

  • Eagerness for success and an aggressive mindset towards growth.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English both written and spoken to interact with colleagues, customers, and partners.

  • Data-driven approach to business and the process. Readiness to measure success based on numbers.

  • Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment, requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to break through.

  • Openness to constructive criticism and others’ opinions and ideas.
